nowpk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and nowpk ("Platform", "Company", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the nowpk website and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, payment services, and promotional offerings. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the nowpk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access the full range of nowpk services, you must register for a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. nowpk reserves the right to verify all information provided and to suspend or close any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Any attempt to open or operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including all wagers placed and all transactions processed.
• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify nowpk support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

nowpk supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times may vary by payment method and are published in the cashier section of your account.

nowpk processes all transactions in good faith and in accordance with applicable procedures. However, nowpk shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system disruptions outside of our control.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account closure.
• nowpk reserves the right to impose transaction limits and to request proof of identity and payment source prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Any withdrawal request submitted while an active bonus wagering requirement (rollover) remains outstanding will be subject to the applicable bonus terms before processing.
• nowpk does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal processing fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed in the cashier section before you confirm a withdrawal.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

nowpk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers on the nowpk platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• nowpk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• A player may only benefit from one welcome bonus. Claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.
• Free spins and bonus funds have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings derived from the completion of applicable wagering requirements may be eligible for withdrawal.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nowpk platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with nowpk staff.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms or generate guaranteed profit.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or perform any action that a human player would otherwise perform manually.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and withdrawing the proceeds after wagering.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nowpk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the nowpk platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other commercial or financial losses.

nowpk is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, internet service disruptions, third-party payment system failures, or natural disasters affecting the operation of the platform.

7. Amendments to These Terms

nowpk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, along with the date of the most recent update.

Your continued use of the nowpk platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.
